Our Story starts in 2008 where we accidentally got into Real Estate…
Soon after Laura & I were married, we were forced to rent our 1st home because we were pressed to pay the mortgage. The financial crisis was in full swing and we had to find a solution to our “house problem.”
Fortunately, we did find a solution and have carried this experience with us in what we do today. At We Buy 731, we focus on your “House Problem” and providing you with a solution to your situation so you can continue to do the things you love.

A Leap of Faith
We Buy 731 was formed in 2016 by Matt & Laura (Reese 13 Garner 11). We came from Fitness and Educational backgrounds, and we decided to start on a journey to help others solve issues with their housing. We started investing in July of 2016. We were able to rehab our 1st property, as well as, purchase our 1st rental property and haven’t looked back! It just took a small Leap of Faith.
It is a blessing to be able to provide quality housing for others no matter their circumstance.
One of these blessing was being able to put a lady, Ms Mary, in a house in Savannah, TN. Her previous landlord gave her 30 days to move out, and she felt like she was at a dead end. We were able to rehab her new house, and move her in within those 30 days. Not only was her burden gone, but her spirit was lifted. This was extremely rewarding to both parties which made for a great day!
Our Goal
To help people find solutions to their housing challenges and leave with such a profound peace of mind, that they have to tell someone about the experience.
